Welcome to the Bialla Vineyards Wine Club.

When you become a member of our Pre-Release Wine Club, you receive one shipment per year of our new vintage at Thanksgiving time, before the wine is available to the public.

If you are interested in becoming a member, please indicate the level at which you would like to join.

Once you join the list you will always be on the list. Think of it as being your winery, made for you, our true partner in the evolution of Bialla Vineyards.

* The complimentary wooden box will be shipped separately and may arrive a few days after your wine is received.

This is a pre-release annual membership. Since we anticipate going on allocation, once you sign up you will be assured your annual allocation. We will not sell this out once you are a member. Wine will come with wooden boxes for easy storage.

Your order above will reserve your wine for a future shipment. Your credit card will be charged for the Pre-Release Wine Club when your shipment is released plus shipping, handling and applicable tax. A confirmation email with the total amount due including tax, shipping and handling will be sent prior to your order being sent out. Please note that your wine purchase will be shipped separately from the complimentary wooden box.

You hereby authorize the use of your credit card for the automatic Bialla Vineyards annual shipment and affirm that you are over 21 years of age and that the recipient of the wines is at least 21 years of age. Taxes will be applied as required by your local and state laws. You may cancel or change your reservation by providing us with two weeks written advance notice prior to the shipment date. Undeliverable shipments will be either reshipped at the expense of the club member, or restocked and refunded less applicable shipping and handling fees. Void where prohibited.

Please make sure you use your permanent email, not one at work that may change. Deliveries will be made upon release and shipped in time for Thanksgiving annually. Someone age 21 or older will have to be there to receive the shipment.

All Alcoholic Beverages are sold in California and title passes to you in California. Bialla Vineyards makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Currently we ship to the following states: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, MN, MI, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI and WV. Hawaii must ship via DHL, which charges a minimum of $46.00 per two bottles.
